Another wonderful release of this rare Italian varietal! Teroldego is quickly becoming a fan favorite with its full body and vibrant fruit on the palate. Originating from Trentino, Italy, it is commonly used in blends to add color and fruit, rather than showcased as a single varietal. We are lucky to be able to source this grape from Colorado Vineyard Specialists in Palisade, and like to let it stand on its own. So, while you may be unfamiliar with Teroldego, let it leave a lasting impression!
The 2024 vintage is a bit richer than the last with deep purple hues and aromas of cocoa and bright, splashing fruit. The palate is easy drinking and bounces back and forth between stewed berries and juicy cherry flavors. Enjoy this Teroldego with any hearty, autumn dish! Wine braised short rib or creamy gnocchi, anyone? Taste each of these off our fall menu during your next visit!
