Aromas of cherry cinnamon syrup, blackberry bubblegum, and candied sage are complex and synchronized. Palate is bright at first with tart dried berries, then builds body and transitions into a robust and heavy finish. Tannin is immense, cherry liquor across the outside of your palate and lingers for many minutes after. This wine is perfect with heavier foods and is a wonderful bottle to share this Thanksgiving!
