Aromas are exotic baking spices, bright flavors of cooked raspberries, medicinal cranberry, strawberry preserves, and the most subtle earthy hint of jujube—red date. Palate is bright and fresh, tart red fruit sharpened with white peppercorn spice. The finish has proper tannin and lingering spice—classic to Syrah and this wonderful vineyard!
