- It has been 8 years since we last released this French varietal, Roussanne! Grown here in Colorado in the Grand Valley of Palisade, it is light and fresh, jumping with acidity and edgy textures, making it crisp and bright. Classic to the wine, you will see some interesting grassy flavors of dried hay alongside green pineapple, tart stone fruit, and a mineral finish. Easy drinking and great with lighter foods, we are so happy to share this unique varietal with you again!

- 13 years old, this Roussanne has aged into a robust and dense expression of our Balistreri Orange Wines. Aroma is apricot jam, rustic fruit, dried dandelion, and roasted marshmallow. Palate is toasted sugar crust, preserved stone fruit, rooibos tea, tannic and full. With a long finish and rich in body and texture, this aged Orange Wine is a reflection of the Fall season and is great paired alongside hearty foods. Be sure to decant this wine and let it breathe.

- If you’ve always known Colorado Cabernet Francs to be earthy, this new vintage is sure to surprise! Jammy, intense flavors of stewed strawberry preserves overwhelm the nose. A pop of olive brine may be seen, but is quickly overtaken as this Franc explodes with delicious ripe flavors of black cherry. Finish is full and bold, but smooth with bitter cocoa and just a hint of sweet tobacco. One of our finest vintages of Cabernet Franc!
