Tannin is immense, cherry liquor across the outside of your palate and lingers for many minutes after. This wine is perfect with heavier foods and is a wonderful bottle to share this Thanksgiving!

You’ll see aromas of dark fruit syrup and herbed cherry reduction. This wine is by no means sweet! On the palate you’ll see smoked black cherry that is dense and chewy on the tongue.
