- Alicante Bouschet has vibrant juice that translates to a finished wine of deep color and saturation. This new 2025 vintage is the blackest of reds. Aromas are muted and tight at first - we only bottled this a month ago! Give the wine time to open up in the glass, or decant for several minutes to let it's bouquet open up. You'll see candied black cherry, hints of dried mint, and a savory element of cured meats on the nose. The palate is dense. This is a robust and hefty wine, perfect for cooler evenings and autumnal foods. On the tongue you'll see flavors of ground black cherries, bitter cocoa, and a finish that lingers with young tannin - perfect for aging!
