A casual cocktail-style event hosted in our ballroom & cellar where you can watch our chefs in action as they cook recipes in real time. 2019 Cabernet Sauvignion | Lovies

- A delicious and must have Cabernet - the 2019 vintage for Lovies wines is truly exceptional. The fruit here is deep red and very ripe. You will see raspberry and black cherry on the nose that seamlessly transition to the palate. This wine was in very old barrels which makes the fruit and terroir center stage, setting itself far away from an "oaky" Cab. That is also why the earth tones are so exciting! Chocolate, baking spices, and savory flavors offer you a velvety and rich wine. Its been a very long time since we got grapes from this grower, and we’re so pleased to be working with them again.
