Petite Sirah –  When we think of Winemaker John Balistreri there are a few specific varietals that come to mind, Petite Sirah  being one of them. He has always loved this grape for its intensity, lush mouthfeel, and ability to age. This 2020 Petite is no exception. John’s style focuses on showcasing the fruit that the varietal has to offer, so in this 100% Petite Sirah you wont see oak or other influences. It is delicious intense plum up front and big tannin on the finish. Awesome to drink young but this wine has what it takes for the long haul. Cheers!
