As a shipping member, you will receive your wine club bottles in the mail monthly or quarterly! Wine club wines are are chosen each month by our Winemaker to include New Releases and Award-Winning Wines. As a Wine Club Member, you will receive a 20% discount on regular priced wines purchased online, in our tasting room or over the phone. You can add bottles to your shipment for no extra charge!

MONTHLY & QUARTERLY SHIPPING SCHEDULES
We ship on the 1st or 2nd Monday of the month. You can add any additional wines to these shipments up until it is packed.
If you are a quarterly shipping member, you will receive your wines four times per year according to the schedule below. Your first payment at registration includes the current quarter’s shipment and will recur on the 7th every 3 months from sign-up date. For example, if you sign up in September, your charge covers Sept, Oct & Nov wines and you will receive your first shipment in November.
Winter Shipment | includes wines from December, January, February
Ships out mid-February
Spring Shipment | includes wines from March, April, May
Ships out mid-May
Summer Shipment | includes wines from June, July, August
Ships out mid-August, may be subject to weather delays based on location.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are there any fees or membership dues?
No. You only pay for the bottles you receive + shipping if you’ve chosen that option! There are no other fees or dues.
What types of wines are selected for my Wine Club?
Each month we select a Balistreri red from our cellar! The retail price for these wines typically ranges from $30 to $48, but you only pay $30 or less per bottle.
How will I know what wines I will receive?
At the beginning of each shipping period, we will notify you via email that your wines are ready to be shipped to you according to your membership. The email will tell you what wines will be included for your Wine Club with the Winemaker’s notes, and the date that we are shipping.
Can I exchange my wine-of-the-month for a different wine?
Yes, you can trade the wine during pick-up or before shipment. We offer you a $30 credit to use against the FULL retail price of the wine you would like to swap to. You can find this option in the My Account page when you are logged in as a Wine Club member.
What if I’m a pick-up member but I can’t make it in every month?
No problem. Your wines will be ready the next time you come by. However, occasionally Wine Club selections sell out and we do not guarantee you will receive the Wine Club wine if you pick up after that month. In that case, you can follow the exchange guidelines and select a different wine.
Can I authorize someone else to pick up my wines for me?
Yes, call or include a customer note with your online order/request to pick up letting us know who is authorized. *All wine pick-ups must be by someone 21 or older.
Can I trade for a more expensive wine if I’m a 2-bottle member or use the credit from multiple months?
Can you hold my shipment if I’ll be out of town or the weather isn’t good?
Yes we can delay shipping your wines if you let us know in advance. We monitor conditions and may delay shipping due to inclement weather at the shipping destination which will compromise the integrity of the wine.
Is there a fee to cancel the membership?
There is no fee, but we kindly ask that you stay in the Club for a minimum of 6 months.
