Treat your mom and family, this Mother’s Day. This meal features a new fresh spring-time Asparagus Salad, with fresh shaved asparagus, pickled asparagus, watermelon radish, and seasonal greens. The salad is followed by our classic bake-at-home Balistreri Lasagna recipe made with home made riccotta, romano, provolone, parmesan and Italian sausage — available in traditional red sauce or white cream sauce. We also have a Vegetarian option! For desert we have Strawberry Panna Cotta served alongside a delicious Rhubarb Cake. All orders are also served with garlic bread. While the meal is designed to feed two, don’t be surprised to have plenty of leftovers! Cheers and Happy Mother’s Day!
Bake Lasagna at 375° for 35 minutes. Rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. Dress Salad just before serving. Keep desert chilled until ready to serve.
