A new vineyard for Zinfandel, we have been working with the Showalter plot since 2023. This vintage smells very much like ripe grapes! We know, a wine that smells like grapes—groundbreaking! In all seriousness, this is a robust Zin and a remarkable expression of complexity and appealing fruit flavors. Palate is spiced, herbal and reminiscent of grape must with peppercorn spice on the nose and finish.  This is a young and fruit driven Zinfandel fit for the long haul—this wine will age magnificently!
