Ripe fruit flavors of black currant and grape-must sweeten the palate, complimented by herbal flavors of dried jasmine, baking spice and black tea. The complexity and nuance of his Carignan are a result of the 70+ year old vines grown from Cooper Vineyards in Amador, California. Finishing with great structure and body, this is a wonderful Carignan fit for summer time grilling! Pair alongside seared meats and grilled garden vegetables.
