Rosé made from Petite Sirah? As surprising as that is, we couldn’t be more pleased with our first ever Petite Sirah Rosé! The color is bright ruby pink, darker than most Rosé due to the robust and deep characteristics of this bolder grape. Aromas are fresh and sensational, yet ripe and more rich – bruised strawberry and smashed apricots. The palate reflects plump squeezed strawberries and is balanced with a lively refreshing acidity, finishing fully dry. A lovely Rosé to pair with savory spring dishes, or bitter summer salads.
