One of the most dynamic and expressive Syrah’s we have ever made. This ‘one time vineyard’ is a plot separated at harvest only in 2016!  Aromas are exploding from the glass with Holiday baking spices, plum skin, cedar, and spruce, while Sicilian olive huddles in the background. The palate is red plum juice, but earthy with dark olive and dried tobacco. Acidity is refreshing and bright, mouthwatering finish with aged and softened tannin. This is a Syrah lovers dream, and an excellent wine to accompany prime rib or your favorite lamb dish.
