Cherry and candied plum extend out across your palate – they occupy and fill it corner to corner, edge to edge. It is rife with opulent red fruit flavors, but beneath this luxury is a deeper world layered in roasted herbs, umami black tea and perfumed floral notes. We recommend decanting this Zinfandel and letting it open up for an hour. Pour it slowly and handle it gently to not disturb the sediment.
